Total fertility rate data — gdt_wb_tfr • geodata

This function downloads the total fertility rate (children per woman) of one or more countries.

Usage

gdt_wb_tfr(countries, start = 1960, end = format(Sys.Date(), "%Y"))

Arguments

countries: A character vector of country names or iso codes
start: The first year
end: The last year (default: the current year)

Value

A tibble with the columns of wbstats::wb_data() and:

tfr: Total fertility rate (children per woman)
